One Account Per User: Each user may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds;

General Betting Rules

Sportybet operates under betting rules designed to ensure fair play and the integrity of all markets. All bets are subject to system acceptance and applicable stake limits, which vary by event, market, and account status. Odds are calculated and displayed by the system; SportyBet reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any bet that violates these rules, appears fraudulent, or presents unusual risk to the platform. Bets placed using bonus funds are additionally subject to the specific wagering requirements and market restrictions attached to each promotion.

Bet Validity: A bet is valid only once confirmed by the system and a bet ID has been assigned. Bets not confirmed due to connectivity or technical issues are not valid;
Stake Limits: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may differ by event, market type, and account tier. SportyBet may apply individual account limits at its discretion;
Odds Fixed at Placement: The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect confirmed bets;
Settlement Based on Official Results: All bets are settled using official results published by the relevant sporting authority or governing body. In the event of a dispute over a result, the official source takes precedence;
Abandoned, Postponed, or Cancelled Events: If an event is abandoned or cancelled before the relevant market is concluded, bets on that event are typically voided and stakes returned. Postponed events are assessed on a case-by-case basis according to applicable market rules;
Voiding for Errors or Manipulation: SportyBet reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical or pricing errors, or where evidence of market manipulation or match-fixing is identified;
Cash-Out: Where the cash-out feature is available on a given market, you may choose to settle your bet early for a value determined by the system at that moment. Cash-out availability is not guaranteed on all events or markets;
No Credit Betting: Bets may only be placed using funds available in your account balance. Placing bets on credit is not permitted;
Multi-Account and Coordinated Betting: Bets placed across multiple accounts or as part of coordinated group betting strategies designed to exploit promotions or pricing are prohibited and may result in bet cancellation and account action;
Modification of Confirmed Bets: Once confirmed, bets cannot be modified except through the cash-out feature where available. SportyBet does not otherwise permit cancellation or amendment of confirmed bets.

Payment Rules
